My office had a celebration at the beach this weekend and we made plans to stay at the Sand Key resort afterwards. Amy took Cole to the doctor on Friday, and he's got an ear infection. He wasn't feeling good, so we didn't do much, but we did take him to see the ocean. He liked the seaguls the best. He tried to crawl over to a few that were on the ground. The hotel had a really nice pool, but we didn't go in because of the ear infection. I'd like to go back sometime when he's feeling better.

Cole and Amy were hanging out on the new floor this weekend. He's making big progress every day now. Today he ate cheese niblets for a snack and loved them, just like his dad. More pictures of the floor are in the April album at ofoto.

Today Cole played in his new pool. Dustin stopped by for lunch and brought his dog Suzy. She gave Cole lots of kisses! He enjoyed his new pool and toys.

We went to the zoo yesterday, Cole seemed to like it. He touched a stingray and rode on the merry go round. We bought a family pass so we will be going to the zoo quite a bit.

It seems Cole is happiest when he is asleep as of late. He is cutting his two front teeth and he is miserable. He went to his first birthday party on Sunday and was a real party pooper due to his teeth. Hopefully when they break through the gum it will relieve some pressure and ease his pain.
