Cole and his friends had a good time on our campout at Starky Park. The weather was really good and Amy and I enjoyed the camping as well. Our night of sleep wasn't the greatest, but Cole slept just fine.
I can't wait until we can go out again.
By the way one of our friends brought Giant Marshmallows!

Cole is an expert on just about every product available on an infomercial. He'll tell us we need a shamwow or something and recite the price and phone number to us. So naturally, when he was assigned a writing assignment to describe something he would invent, he went full out "As Seen on TV"
We had a fun time with our neighbors at the Bud Shootout. It was Cole's first NASCAR race. The race didn't start until after 8pm and we didn't get home until 2am. He was a trooper and fortunately he was able to sleep in the car on the way home. It might be a while before we go to another race, but he showed genuine interest. He was rooting for Tony Stewart until his car fell to the back, then he decided that rooting for Kyle Busch was a better idea. After Kyle wrecked, he decided to root for "the best" driver, Jimmie Johnson.
Cole finished up his first season of soccer in the new FC Lutz league. This was the inaugural season for the league. He received a very nice medal and was also awarded the teams "Most Improved Player" award by coach Lesley. The photographers for the league had a son that played on Cole's team and they put together a very nice photo package for everyone on the team. These action shots are really nice. We have the standard photo's as well, but this was really special.
