Today was a wonderful Mother's day. It began with hot cinnamon rolls for breakfast and was followed up with an excellent New York Strip for dinner. Cole presented me with a beautiful card he made and a flower he has been growing for a while. He continually let me know that if I picked him up from school I wasn't supposed to look in his classroom. He did really well keeping the card and the plant a secret. We were looking at butterflies one day and he almost slipped about the card, but he caught himself and immediately took the conversation in another direction.
The picture of my guys is after Chris finished mowing the lawn - he usually isn't that sweaty. I wanted to get a picture of them both in muscle shirts because of Cole's shirt (care of Uncle Todd). I love my two guys!!
