Cole competed at his first karate tournament (Cold War) this weekend. He performed the Do San kata for the judges and received a vote from one of the judges in the head-to-head competition. He wound up with a third place ribbon for the kata competition.
Cole finished second in the flag wars event. In this video, he won the semi-final match in sudden death.

SO awesome! Thanks so much for taping this so we could share in the experience! He looks like he has some pretty sharp arm moves/hits - I hope we can see this in person some day! GO COLE!
